I am so glad I muscled through my PMS/period week and waited for the big weight loss Tony promised me. I have now lost 13 pounds in just under 6 weeks. I cannot believe it. I am back to where I was at the beginning of the year, and ready to enter uncharted territory!
Today's workout was EXCELLENT! I woke up this morning at 4:45 am and went for a 40 minutes 3 mile run. then after I dropped the girls at school I went to the gym to work back and abs. one-armed rows with 35 pounds dumbbells, yo! Grrr!!! Then I rocked the 10-minute cardio like this:
Minute 1: 4.5 mph
Minutes 1-3.5: 6 mph
Minutes 3.5-4.5: 4.5 mph
Minutes 4.5-7: 6.0 mph
Minutes 7-8: 4.5 mph
Minute 8: 6.0 mph
Final minute: 15 sec at 6.5 mph, 15 sec at 7.0 mph, 15 sec at 7.5 mph, 15 sec at 8 mph
YEAH, BABY! I am on fire!!!
