Down a couple pounds

and happy to report it. I think it has helped for me to replace my final meal of the day with a soy protein shake, rather than the apple with peanut butter or homemade protein bar I had been having. I may have to go back to the homemade protein bar for a couple days during my vacation next week. I'm going to stay abstinent the entire vacation, but opt for my yummiest clean meals. :) We'll see how it goes.
