Hang in there Liimu. You are such an inspiration. I think the main thing is to just pick yourself up. We have ALL been to Crazy Town, believe me. Don't beat yourself up. Just put on your workout clothes and get back on track. By the way, a light bulb finally went off and I realized I was ready to change. I started two weeks ago and have lost 8 pounds just by eating small meals 5-6 times a day. I haven't started exercising yet, but I will soon. -Kathy
