I know you have a lot more strength deep inside you we just have to continue to bring it out...<BR/><BR/>Next time you look in the mirror and only see pudge I want you to drop down to the floor, right there in front of the mirror in whatever you are wearing, and do 10 pushups, while repeating out loud "I love my body." By the time you are done, you won't be thinking about the pudge anymore...<BR/><BR/>I am giving you this assignment because I want you to start breaking your habit of thinking negatively about your body and focus on the positives, like how friggin' strong you are.
